SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to a week at the most for your order to be posted.
If you have selected the International Standard postage option, please note that we are not responsible for your package after it has been shipped unless you have selected the Tracked option.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size. We can only accept exchanges if your item/s have arrived damaged during transit.
However if you have ordered the wrong size and it is too big, we offer a down-sizing service for just £5 + Postage. Please DM us on Instagram or fill out the contact form on the CONTACT page to enquire further about this service.
